how does a women can wait to find out if she's pregnant?

my best friend came over to my place and told me did it with a guy and i asked her if she's taking birth control and she said yes and then she said that she cant remeber if she took hers today and she said he did wear a comdom but then i told her comdoms r not 100% and birth control r not 100% so may have got pregnant and she is only 16 how long does she have to wait until she find out if she is pregnant?

When you have sex with someone, it takes atleast 2 weeks to find out if you're pregnant or not by taking a pregnancy test.

i really doubt that she's pregnant, unless she has VERY bad luck.... even when you miss a pill you're still less likely to get pregnant, its just that the percentage of getting pregnant is a little less than the usual like 99%.... anyway, using a condom was probably enough.... losts of people only use condoms for protection and they never get pregnant... but, if she is, she'd need to wait prlly like 2 weeks... pregnancy tests are basically looking for a hormone that a woman starts producing after she gets pregnant, but you gotta wait a little for it to produce an adequate amount....

Don't panic. She's probably not. But she'll have to wait to take a test until her period is due. There are some tests that can find out earlier now, but you really can't rely on them unless you wait until then anyway.

whenever she was supposed to get her next period. Mostly you should just let her know that humping dudes right now isn't a wise idea and that pregnancy isn't the only thing she needs to worry about if she's gonna keep up with the pounding.

if the condom didn't break, or leak, she's fine. she either needs to be serious with her pill, or not have sex at all until she can afford to raise a baby. hell, my child won't even start dating until 16, let alone having sex.
