What kind of company is it? Indie, Amateur? When I last saw it, it looked like there were only about 100 people in the crowd.

It is an Amateur production. They use cheap effects as part of their gimmick. And believe me when I say, your better off watching WWE, or TNA.

It's something where the wrestlers that can't get into places like TNA, WWE, ROH, FIP or even OVW or DSW or PWA can't get into so they go there to put on crappy shows while music is being played for a small crowd. It's not even worth MTV's money and if it does go on as a series, it will fail miserably.
