Try www.franklincovey.com. If you process kinesthetically, you may prefer their one-day course, but if you're visual, you can try reading their book, "Seven Habits for Highly Effective People." Personally, their course was more specific to how to get organized and manage my day, and it really worked for me. (I'm ENFP)
