the copyright is automatic. however if you are certain that others will try to steal your pages, you can register your copyright so that you can take infringement action against them.
however unless an infringer free admits to stealing your stuff, it can be very hard to prove. Without a really high profile money maker of a site, it generally is not worth the effort and legal expense to chase infringers.

get a domain name, get a hosting, setup domain's DNS to your hosting company.
Then ftp all your website to hosting, that's it.
