Yeah, what a bummer of a decade the 90s were.
Lots of jobs, roaring stock market, relative peace in the middle east, America was admired abroad, and most importantly Hair Bands and crappy 80s synth music was banished from the airwaves!

Uh...Hate to break it to you...He was a good president...and obviously a very popular one...He got re-elected...Course, George W.B. did too...)...but unless you have been hiding under a rock, you can compare popularity ratings...I'd rather have Clinton's over Bush's any day...
He fixed many problems, which THIS president has created all over again...Clinton screwed up his personal life...That's all...

If you're too illiterate to spell someone's name correctly, someone, somewhere, has screwed up your education. Hence your inability to think rationally.
Here's one for you. What hasn't Bush screwed up? Don't worry though. If there's anything left to screw up, he'll do it before he's out of office.
Meanwhile, you might ask him to put some money, not just idle words, into education. Ask him to give to adult education, too. You need to go back to school to learn how to think intelligently.
