um..no...you still need a parent if you are 16 in the state of nevada

I don't know about Nevada specifically... In many states, it is legal to get married at 16 with parental consent. Just have your parents find out for sure.

Not sure about Nevada. But I know that some of the southern states allow minors to get married.

Get some seasoning before you do!
Your 16 marriage is hard, and your only 16. 16 man there are laws on books to protect you from bone head mistakes like that one.
Get some age on you before you tie knot because it's going to go down the crapper.
