Unless you just started chances are you have or will receive a violation... big deal we all say. But is there a certain way to ask to have your violation considered for review?
I've had 3 reversed so far because there was not a violation on my part but it takes forever to get a reply?
For BEST ANSWER ONLY could you explain the process please without opinions?

yes, I have....I was violated for making conversation instead of asking a question....WTF?...anyway...I simply emailed them back & told them that if I was going to get the question answered correctly...I was going to HAVE to explain what I am asking....
After about 2 days...I got another email telling me that there was no violation on my part...& they apologized for any inconvience....
I don't know what actual steps to take...but that is what I did
