Now that there is no denying george bush is an idiot, should Natalie Maines give everyone a big "I told you so"? The only thing she was wrong about was bush being from Texas, he's from New Haven, CT. No big surprise New Haven isn't jumping to correct this error

I believe in freedom of speech. that is why you can voice your opinion, I can and so can the Dixie Chicks. They did and a good many people do not agree with them. No apologies are needed or expected.

Should you apologize to President Bush for what you just stated? If the Dixie Chicks feel hurt their comments were not liked and they lost out on fans and record sales, they might have withheld their statements. I wished musicians and actors would just shut up and entertain us instead of all this carp.

What do you know about New Haven. They rejected their resident Joe Lieberman for a guy who couldn't make it as Mayor of Greenwich CT. Maines is a left wing spoiled puppet whose chicks lost a lot of gigs because of her putting down her fans. Not very bright.
For business she should have apologized to her fans. Instead she insulted them.

She won't be getting one from this American. If you want to play with the grown ups, then put on your big girl panties and deal with the consequences. By the way, she better save that "I told you so" for awhile. She might find herself eating those words.

Well, for starters, George Bush is not an idiot. He is well aware that if terrorism isn't stopped in the middle east, it's just a matter of time before it starts happening in America. And since Democrats are in a feeding frenzy over the war, it is very possible that it's just a matter of time that car bombs will start blowing up outside your children's schools, and suicide bombers will start walking into your churches.

No. If they want to put their business on the line and jump into the fray, they should accept what happens next.

No. They owe Bush an apology.

There's nothing a person can say to justify their blatant disrespect to the man who's saving their asses from countless endangerments.

No. They used their free speech and we used our free market. And with all the hatred I see coming from the left, it is the left who owes the apology to the country. The left is destroying the soul of our nation.

Yes, they are owed an apology. Do you know that some radio stations still refuse to play their music?

I was no Dixie Chicks fan, but when I heard how they were being treated, I went out and bought one of their CDs just to show support.

Those of you who like their music should call and bug the radio stations to play their music.
