The bike for sure. It's easier on your back and your knees.
You would never use the treadmill ever again if you only knew the amount of damage it causes over a period of time. Unfortunately, most people don't realize these things until they are older and then its too late.
Go with the bike. You will be glad that you did.

I would go with the exercise bike. First thing in the morning, you might still be a little tired, so at least on a bike you can sit down.

it is probably up to you. of course, you need to eat something and stretch first. running on a treadbill will get your whole body moving more, while a bike mostly works your legs. i would choose a treadmill but i like running....

exercise bike, is low/less impact. Where as treadmill adds more stress & strain on your joints.
