dont worry, its only a few days late. are you going on a diet? the diet will effect your period since you dont have enough fat inside you. when i was on a diet, my period was half a month late. but after i returned to my normal diet, it came back, this happened a few times.

stress also contributes to the irregular period. relax, its all going to be ok since you're not with a guy.

Only 2-3 days late is not a big deal, especially since lots of people have irregular cycles, which is more common when you are young. Stress can make your period come late or not at all, which is then made worse by the fact that when that happens it makes you worry more!

If you are certain there is no way you could be pregnant, then I would wait about a week or so, then if it still hasn't come and you are still worried call your doctor and see what he or she thinks, and whether or not it warrants a visit to the doctor's office.

Also, if you have a mom or an older sister you trust, or a friend who has had a cycle for a long time and has experience, it may help to talk with them. Chances are they have been late too! But try and relax, if there is no chance you are pregnant, consider yourself lucky and wait it out. :-)

There's no for sure way to make your period come. But you also need to take into consideration that Feb. only had 28 days so if you're 3 days late you shouldn't be stressing out. And depending on how old you are is to why your breasts are tender( if in your teens your hormones will be much higher at this time).
As always though if your are concerned alot I would contact your doctor.

I obvioulsy have no experience on this, but i remember from a highschool drama i won't mention a few years ago. The one chick missed her period and thought she was pregnant....In the end her hormones were what was causing it since they were high due to her being in her teens.

If you know you can't be pregnant, i wouldn't worry, but if you are really really worried, then just go see a doc. Can run tests and tell you whats up.

Sometimes the body goes thru adjustment. Missing a period or being late is not anything to be overly concerned about. It could be stress, medication or any number of things.

Some women who are very physically active (i.e. runners) may have a problem with having a regular monthly period, but it's not a huge medical problem unless it persists for more than 2 months.

Stress can interrupt your cycle. If you know you are not pregnant, and you still have not got your period by next week, make an appointment with your doctor.

If you are a virgin, relax. It's only been three days. Is your period always exact? Mine has been irregular for 18 years.

since you are feeling symptoms of a period, relax and let nature take its course. February only had 28 days.

you cant make it come, being worried will make things worse, lots of women dont have really regular periods. i dont know how old you are or how long you have had periods.
