Would you burn $300.00 - $1,500.00 ? I sure wouldn't. And that guitar is not worth you going and smashing it. I wouldn't say that you are an ax murderer just a guitar murderer. If you don't like playing it than quit give it to someone who will enjoy it. If you just like to smash things I think you need some anger management.
