it's a very easy but when you go to gym everyday and workout harder. and eat more protein food like a milk, eggs and many non veg item. protein give a more power and make fast muscle.

Excercise with weights 4-5 times a week (you need days off to let your muscles recover) and make sure that you're eating the right foods - you need carbohydrates a couple of hours before you exercise and protein within a couple of hours after you exercise, so that your body can start building muscle; if not, anything you eat will just be stored as fat.

It'll take a few months, at least, though.
