.....do you have any? I hate weighing in at weight watchers once a week. I worry about water retention, wether or not my bowels are working, lots of stuff. What should I do the night before weigh in to make the most of it?

Just weigh yourself at the same time every time. Lee Haney said throw away your scales and tape measures use your mirror to determine if you are meeting your goals.
