it is very difficult you still have to work out as always and eating correctly

it'll take somewhat hard work and definite consistency

BUT... the great thing about muscles is that they have "memory tissue" (not sure about the exact term)

Once you've built up those muscles in your Abs to get a 6pack, you'll be able to get the results "faster and more easily" than when you fist attempted...

i know this is somewhat accurate, i just don't know if I'm explaining it properly
