Orange juice, cranberry juice--both juices can be in frozen concentrate eaten with a spoon.
Saline nose drops in the nose will help with a pressure earache. Nothing stronger than saline when pregnant or nursing.
Chicken soup and lots of rest. She needs more rest with pregnancy anyway; adding the cold means more rest is needed.

she has to go to a doctor, nothing on the shelf will cure an earache and she must tell him shes pregnant and must take something safe for the child.

Place a few drops of garlic oil mixed with olive oil into affected ear, warm up the oil a little. Reapeat 3 or 4 times a day. Do not use ear drops if eardum is perforated. Try warm compresses of water on ear or a slippery elm bark poultice. Cotton swab soade with calendula oil applied to ear. Apply small amount of tiger balm ointment on ouside of ear. Try ear candles or ear cones as diercted to mevoe wax.
At the beginning of all respiratory ailments adults can increase vitamin C intake by 1,000-2,000 miligrams or as much as stomach can tolerate. Too mcuh vitamin C may result in deiarrhea. Increase vitamin A according to health practitioner's instructions. Use caution as too much vitamin A can be toxic to ceratin individuals. Take zinc lozenges. Eat garlic raw or take kyolic tables, a grapefruit extract with antifungal.
I dont advice anitbotics, they will mess up babies teeth I got a lot of colds and took antibiotics and my daughter's permanent teeth have stains on them from antibiotics.

for a cold drink warm tea w/ lemon & honey and vick on your chest and neck. For the ear ache your going to have to go to the Dr. for that, I would never suggest any drug to a pregnant lady. Take care

I would use Sweet Oil in the ear (just ask the worker in the CVS or Walgreens store). For the cold, she'll need to ask her doctor. I don't know her medical history and if she's having any problems.

Quick! Run to the store and get her some Airborne! It's fine to use the generic version instead. Same stuff but cheaper. The sooner she starts drinking this, the better.
