I live in Alabama and I am about to bust to set out 3 or 4 lines and toss out some bottles.

Man! I MISS FISHIN'!!! It's been years...Great memories of watching the sun set as we headed out, and the sounds on the river at night, not to mention the long rambling pointless conversations while waiting for a bite, and then there's the exhileration of a good hit and a long running battle with a 20+ pounder!! Even the suprise of an occasional Gar, Eel, or turtle was worth the trip.....I live too far to go with you, but I'm going soon Dammit'!!!

I live up here on the muddy Mississippi River where it runs east to west and yes I would love to sink my teeth into some fresh channel cat. However, Walmart Superstore sells their catfish nuggets for $1.57 a lb. Kind of hard to spend all that money on catching them than just buying them.
