Yes because my family is Japanese and we have a lot of friends from all over Asia. You get good at hearing the accents and speech patterns. I studied French so I can usually get a handle on what is being said en francais.

With the unspoken truths of universal communications...intent, the eyes, expression, will and compassion....we learn quickly that we all even if in English...we all "Teach others how to treat us.." ~ This does not take as long as one would think. i have been to Mexico and japan..and had to speak or not communicate...well i did my best...somehow the Best always shows at a critical moment.....and it did.
