The only true way to know is to ask. Its not gonna affect your realationship with her right now. Trust me, besides what could go wrong? The worst thing that can happen is she can say no. Its not even that bad...

Girls display clear signs when they like a boy...They become interested in him and they try to find a way into his heart. They will never get too far (confess that she love you, or that you are the love of their life), but try to feel what she feels. and if this doesn't work, then try to ask her. Begin with something like this: 'Hey, no offense, but I was just wondering...Do you have any romantic feelings for me?' Try not to make her run away, though!

If you are interested in her then ask her out. If she says yes she is interested if she says no then maybe not so much. Either way you will get an answer.
