A college lists these 6 academic and nonacademic factors in their admission decisions:Academic, Secondary school record, Class rank, Recommendation(s), Standardized test scores and Essay.

I guess academic factor they mean GPA, class rank also has to do with GPA, standardized scores are SAT etc. What do they look at on your secondary school record?

conduct; honors, awards, club participation, sports participation, arts & music, community service, school service, leadership, etc.
Also, in addition to GPA, they will look at the number of AP or honors classes and the types of classes.
