im gonna buy and electric guitar with an amp and im gonna buy a bass guitar later. will the bass guitar work with the electric guitars amp?

guitar through bass works (in fact, the first marshall was modeled after a fender bassman amp). keyboard amps work as well. but never play a bass through a guitar amp, screws up the entire electronics and speaker.

If you plug a bass into a guitar amp, you're gonna blow the amp up. If your going to want to share the amps with a bass and an electric guitar, then get a bass amp, cause then the bass wont do anything, cause it's a bass amp, and the electric'll be fine with it too
