and lay around most of the time, I work hard and she never stopped by to say hi, if she did it was because she needed me to babysit, which I never minded, she got pregaunt and could'nt dance and moved in with the babys father who is a crack head, he beat her up and she would come and stay with me saying she would never go back to him, well now I claimed her living with me and she wants the money because she is all messed up, she has never gotten me a christmas or birthday present and I have gone all out, she told me I should just kill myself, because I am never going to get anywhere in life, I don't have food now, and she is my only family, I work hard, and take care of myself, never ask for help, so my anger is she wants the income tax money because she said if it were'nt for her then I would'nt even have it? which I don;t yet, but still what should I do

Keep the money, it is what YOU paid too much in when they take it out of your paycheck. The deduction you take on her is for supporting her. It is NOT her money just for being born.

Consider the tax money payment for babysitting her children and her when she needed it. Sounds like she is making alot of bad choices in her life and its a shame your grand baby is involved. You need to stay on your feet, so to speak, because it sounds like she will be needing your help down the road. Bless you and good luck.
