Even if you somehow managed to transform half a woman's X chromosomes into Y's or a man's Y's into X's, the sexual organs are already developed so physiologically they would still be the original gender. Seeing as ovaries/testicles are the main organs for the production of sexual hormones [testosterone and estrogen], the shape of a person's body wouldn't even necessarily change. However, the change in genetic makeup might affect some hormone production and absorption [for a natural example, XY females often have exceptionally feminine features and form female sexual organs with testicular tissue in place of ovaries due to their bodies' inability to properly utilize testoerone despite to the fact that they're genetically male] so there might be some alteration. My education was spottier in this department, so that's about all I could think of in terms of possible outcomes of attempts. Overall, I don't believe that a full non-surgical biological sex change would be a true possibility in a mature human being.

No. Because the physical structures have already formed. If you could, you would probably have to do it within the first few cells of life. Even then, you would have to trade out an entire sex chromosome. I don't think we have the technology to do that in a human, yet. We can clone but I am not sure about singling out individual chromosomes.

No. It might be done at the embryonic stage, in fact you don't need genetics to do that, just hormones. When you become an adult, you can not grow or lose body parts with out surgery.

using the current genetic modification methods, no, its not possible.
although some traits can be suppressed/encouraged using hormones (e.g. facial hair growth, etc.)
