No. I do not think I have ever met a woman in full veil. I have known many woman of Middle Eastern descent who came to the US and went shopping! And they really enjoyed becoming Americanized. No veils for them. Most are Christians, who fled Iran back in the 1980's.

yes i have befriended muslims both before and after 9/11 they were among the sweetest and non violent people i've ever met. also very helpful and ready to lend a hand if necessary. my car broke down at work and the muslim lady i was friends with offered a ride with out hesitation and with out consulting her husband (who was coming to pick her up) so the stereotypes of they are completely submissive and consult their husbands over everything and always get their permission isn't entirely true. i didn't find where we had any less to talk about than i did with anyone else. we talked through out our shift every day with out any awkward silence the entire time i worked with her.

Yes, she is such a nice person that I am thinking about moving in with her. She still insists that she keeps her veil on until it is dark, maybe then I will see what look like.

Yes.
Felt good, like helping anyone does.
Now let me ask you a similar Q: have you ever befriended a Christian wearing a hat?

Well, I tried but was rejected with a "don't you know we hate you". At first I thought she had a right to be here, but afterwards couldn't figure out why she was. Not all of them are nice.
