...dollars up front!

I'm thinking that is quite a lot of money.

So do you think I'd be 'covering all my bases', by only sending half of the full amount to begin with?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Dude. Don't even fall for that. I got duped for 10 thousand. Because of a very similar thing.

But instead of a lottery, it was a woman calling, telling me she loved me, but she was in such boo hoo hoo, bad condition, about to die, boo hoo hoo, didn't i care if she died, she needed a blood transfusion, etc.

I had talked to her several months, then she "suddenly" needed money for a plane ticket to come over, but after that was sent, she got "mugged" and had to go to the hospital.

Don't even fall for it, this woman was from africa, specifically, Nigeria. I suggest you read up on the scam. These people do NOT care for you and will tell you any lie to get your $$$. Just like they did with me. There were around 7 or 8 people involved in this.

I am telling you, LEAVE THIS ALONE as you will ONLY end up broke. They haven't got money to send you, they are lying their buttocks off.

I am telling you, I know from experience, send it if you want, but you will lose all and get nothing. They are full of every promise under the sun, but empty when it comes time for them to deliver. Google the Nigerian scams! Over 80% of people who scam are from there, and some got duped out of millions, including lawyers, old, rich, young, don;t let this HAPPEN TO YOU!

THINK! NOONE JUST OFFERS YOU MILLIONS OUT OF NOWHERE!

It's a scam, please don't fall for it. The guy probably isn't even in South Africa, and why would he send you 20 million dollars in exchange for $20,000? It's illogical. Keep your money, you're being taken advantage of.

Don't do that! It's a scam that is being used on people in America to get money. There are similar scams being used by criminals in Nigeria.
