Any suggestions on finding or making a contract to be used by a photography friend of mine?

In other words, when I go to this friend to have my wedding photos, she should have a legal binding agreement for me, the customer to sign. That way I would know what is expected of me and she would would be agreeing to live up to what she is promising.

Google Photography Contracts and you will find sample contracts. I have used this method before. It's not hard to change the wording for what you need.
