Is there a way to cut it easily without a saw or a laser?

Put a thin piece of copper wire on two blocks of wood then heat the wire over the stove, and presto. You know not to touch the ice right?

you should be able to cut it with a chisel and hammer but if you need a more precise cut try boiling water then dipping a long blade into the water and cutting as far as you can, reheating the blade frequently with the boiling water and drying the blade off before touching the dry ice.
