Somebody told me he is the same guy who plays Borat; Sascha Barton Cohen. But I just don't know.
Any help would be appreciated.

Someone said it was Sacha Barton Cohen, from Borat. I have studied the cast list, at imdb, and he is not listed, and neither is the character's name.
He was blond...an elf...a friend of Aragorn. He got whacked in the head by an axe during the battle for Helm's Deep.

Hi i am a huge lotr fan and i have totally studied lotr and i know that the elf leader in the two towers is Craig Parker an Australian actor. He isn't too popular but he has been in Xena. It is definitely not Sascha Barton Cohen. He is also in the first lotr movie the fellowship of the ring in the extended version mostly. If you go on imdb and type in Craig Parker then you will see him. His name in the movie is Haldir by the way. But it definelty isn't him who somebody told you.

It's Craig Parker and he's from Fiji. He plays Haldir. I love the book, the films and I LOVE Craig Parker.
