How to erase memory on Motorola V3xxx?

I accidentally connected my phone to the USB charger for my blackberry (which connects to my computer) so now my cell phone memory is completely busted. I already tried the master reset and master clear, to no avail. Help, anyone? Many thanks.

uummm....busted? sounds like the blackberry charger just shorted out your phone (im assuming the blackberry charger has to put out more energy to charge it)
