I've heard that the Saw Palmetto berries at least prevent hair loss by blocking specific hormon. I would like to know if it's true and how do I use it?

I see no indication it helps with hair loss.

Saw palmetto helps in male pattern baldness. You can try buying supplements from your health store and follow directions on the bottle.

Saw palmetto lowers DHT levels and I only heard it may help prevent prostrate ailments.

no, its genetic and nothing but monoxidil will help and that doesnt help a very large percentage of people.
