I've heard that the Saw Palmetto berries at least prevent hair loss by blocking specific hormon. I would like to know if it's true and how do I use it?
Thank you

Try this: take 2 tbls.apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 3-4 x day. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. Very inexpensive. Aids digestion and gives you a very happy outlook on life. You may rinse hair with 1 cup acv and 2 cups water, then rinse. Hair will be soft and shiny. Use pure coconut oil for maximum shine and protection. Read the web on both these products.

Never heard Saw Palmetto used for that before and I am
a Herbalist. Saw Palmetto is used for increasing breast size.. don't worry U need a fair amount for that to happen.
It might prevent hair loss but I doubt that. If You're a male
do U really want to risk getting boobs just to prevent hair loss? to prevent hair loss.. use Rosemary herb. Avoid using harsh soaps. Get Penny Royal oil or some other essential oil. Put this in your scalp. Making sure your hair has oil in it will prevent it from drying out. You lose
hair because it dries out as the folicles don't get sufficient
oil replacements after washing hair. You only need to add oil after you wash your hair.. not immediately after
but after your hair dries.. then add a wee bit of essential
oil. Go to Essential Oil seller or U can find one on line!
