The baby oil does coat (since it is an oil) the rectum and that does make it easier to get sexual transmitted diseases. If your partner has no STDs, you should be ok. The baby oil also breaks down the latex of the condom, if you used one.
Next time go with Astroglide - works like a charm!

You should never use an oil based lubricant with a condom (and you should be using a condom, even for anal sex), it breaks down the latex. Go to the store and look for water based lubricants near the condoms.

Always use "water soluable" lubricants, not oils.

The oils can temporarily hinder ways in which your body naturally works.

Also, the oils can cause a condom to not work as it should, in which case you could contract an STD.

Use the lubricants found in the "condoms" section of the store. These are always safe and work well. : )

i never heard it can cause infections. its just mineral oil, but if hes using a condom at the same time, mineral oil will cause a condom to break down, so use olive oil.

I seriously doubt that can cause deadly infections. Anyway, I'd spring for the KY next time ;)
