how soon can pregnancy show up in a blood test?

I'm pretty sure it can show up like the week you get pregnant. Your body has to set itself up not to reject the baby from the beginning..it all starts in the blood. Get a second opinion.

A blood test will show if you are pregnant or not 7 days following conception.

Three days post contraception . . . it all starts in the blood, to be exact however, and if the resources are av available to you, get your blood checked then in two weeks, check again, this will ensure accuracy.

Not sure, but I know hpt take atleast 2 weeks after conception.
