Kiyoshi can mean many things, it just depends on what your intention is. The kanji you use to write a persons name can have many meanings depending on what kanji you use since many kanji have the same readings but different meanings. The kanji for kiyoshi, 忠 means loyalty for example, but here's another kiyoshi 清 that means clear/pure. Aoi 青い (blue) Tsuyoshi 強(strength) Kyousuke 強佑 (first kanji, kyou means strength, and the suke kanji is used for "to save, rescue, etc" but you can substitute that kanji with other ones because there are many kanji with the suke reading and different meanings) Sui 水 (water)
