I took:
Undergrad genetics, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry,
graduate level genetics, cell biology, Microbial Genetics and an endocrinology class. I also worked for credit in 3 different labs.

It really depends on your college. My college has one of the tougher requirements.
I had to take: Genetics, Calculus, Calculus-based physics, 2 general Chem plus lab, 2 Organic Chem plus lab, 3 Biochem, Physical Chem, then 2 Microbiology, Evolution, Cell Bio, Molecular Bio, and mostly a ton of upperdivision Biology that I could choose from a list (Virology, Mammalian Genetics, etc.)

It REALLY depends on your university. Some universities require tons of humanities to compliment a degree in science (so you'll be well-rounded) but others don't. My university requires a LOT of foreign language classes, social science classes, etc. So you should check with your university course catalogue and/or with a university advisor. But do it quickly; you don't want to think you have all the classes and realize a semester before graduation that you don't!

I had taken up biotechnology at my undergraduate level.... which included immunology, molecular biology,genetics, plant & animal biotechnology, cell biology,recombinant DNA technology.......
I ve no clue where u from.... but here in india we do have masters in medical moleuclar biology... 3yr course....
