"Deep Red" and "Suspiria"...but I lean towards "Deep Red" because of THAT song and the Goblins' soundtrack...the killer's reflected face in the mirror among the paintings of the apartment still creeps me out...

Buio Omega. It is the most frightful, realistic horror movie ever made. And to think it was made in 1978. Whoa! Excellent movie, if you can find it.
