A very unique lunar eclipse is happening this weekend. It's one of the few lunar eclipses that will be visible from every continent on Earth. The copper moon, due to the red color it will become, should be visible by about 9:44pm or a tad later. Though we will have one of the worst views, you should still be able to notice considering it's a full moon and a full eclipse.

Hi Marie!
I'm afraid the eclipse ended at 5:12 p.m. Pacific Time.
If it's any consolation, you did not merely miss it. The eclipse was never visible any place in the Pacific Time Zone. Some journalists (and some answerers here on Yahoo) with little astronomical knowledge hyped the eclipse in places like the US west coast, where it was invisible.
The eclipse ended at 5:12 p.m. But the moon did not even rise at Seattle until 5:59 p.m. So you absolutely could not have seen any of it. No one in Washington could.
But be of good cheer. The next eclipse will be the night of August 27-28, when the west coast will get the best view in the country.

Earth's shadow will begin moving across the moon at 3:18 p.m. EST Saturday, with the total eclipse occurring at 5:44 p.m. EST and lasting more than an hour.

The lunar eclipse was ending in the US when the moon rose - and that was when the sun set. So you all missed it.
