the clock is stuck at 6:10...my husband is driving a tricycle around in circles and a lot of time goes by but the clock stays at 6:10. It is light outside. Help.

As for the tricycle going around in circles. Maybe your husband is acting childish, stuck in a rut. Seems like the metaphor fits.
It could also be the opposite, he doesn't get the chance to act like a kid.

The time 6.10 is significant, that means It is early in life, your husband is taking your marriage on tricycle, that means he not a high flier, he seems stuck like a kid, and he feels it is still too early to do anything major yet.
The environment where you are staying is full of people who are high flyer's , you see light outside , There is hope and most probably you will see the daylight.(happiness and success)

I'm not an expert but it may mean that your relationship is stuck and going in circles no matter how much you try. Maybe you can talk to your husband about it.
