You must pull our your own experience. Certainly you have had friends or worked in a group such as 4h or some club. USe your own person....
Tell me a time when yu didnt get along with someone and how yuo resolved it.
I was in a service club. We would bring soup to elders. There was one other volunteer who would always gossip and try to cause problems. I chose to not engage into conversations with her, and I also would tell anyone who woudl repeat the gossip to me, that I personally found gossip offensive and would rather discuss the work.

Tell me a time when you had to make a decision to report a friend or coworker that you saw taking company property without permission?
Somewhere on your application you will tell them you are home schooled and have no work experience. So translate any of these type questions to your own family or friends. Such as the above - I was 14 at the time and while cleaning the garage I saw my younger brother/sister take several cookies pens etc. and had to decide to tell my parents. I thought at the time it was the correct approach to head this off now and to be honest up front. Then explain to the employer that that is how you feel and think the same ideas should carry over to any other difficult situations you may encounter.
If an employer actually reads your application they should know better when asking questions. But this example can go for many situations just apply real life with how you would apply it to work. Hope this helps in some small way. Sounds like your honest and being home schooled usually instills values and integrity sometimes lacking in some public education. If you qualify maybe the Air Force could open doors for you.

Have you done anything for anyone that you were paid for? Babysitting? Yard work? Tutoring? If not, have you done something you can list that you were not paid for, but did well? When writing a resume, try to be creative with your past history. There is nothing wrong with stating at the intro that you are new to the job market, but very willing to learn. Maybe you helped out in Sunday school, or lead a choir, or whatever you might have done.
Tell your prospective employer that you're dependable and they won't regret taking a chance. Try to find a reference, someone who is well respected in the community. Maybe a family doctor, or a pastor, someone you can list as a reference.
Finally, as an employer, I have interviewed many people and I can tell you what the problems are. The biggest mistake teens make is dressing inappropriately. Dress for the job you are trying to get. Do not wear jeans, or anything that is even slightly revealing--no tank tops or low cut slacks. Do not reveal any skin. This might seem old fashioned but you do not know what the interviewer might find offensive. Do not wear piercings or show any tattoos. Do not have a crazy hair style, such as weird colors. Wear hose if you you're interviewing in a skirt, and if you're in sandals, make sure your toes are manicured. Be clean, neat and professional looking and try to appear older than you are by a neat hairstyle and light makeup. Nothing too heavy. Always have one pair of black or blue slacks and a white blouse. A nice blazer can't hurt the overall look. You can't go wrong with this look. Do not go to a job interview in what you wear everyday. Have something nice to wear just for interviews and if you get the job, make sure you have enough work clothes to get you through the week. First impressions mean everything. If you're really not sure, ask them before you come what the dress regulations are, and try to dress similar. Do not over dress either. If everyone wears slacks and blouses and you show up in business suit, you might not get the job.
Finally, be yourself. See something in their office, like a picture of a dog, and say you like dogs, too. Try to find something to "break the ice,"...like the weather.
Best of luck!

Personally i am i teen myself and i have had like almost 20 interviews if you cant think of anything good make up a story like when you helped the poor.. etc.. practice it, live by it, also try to engage in more deliberate conversation other than a question and answer type of deal because with those question and answer interviews are hit or miss if you actually get them... for example as the manager, "so hows it like working here"
Manager "its cool, its a laid back work-enviroment"
You: " Oh really well then thats great im a laid back person"
You catch my drift, ill give you some advice managers are just as uncomfortable as you when they are doing this so try to make them feel comfortable cause youll realize when your working this miniscule minimum wage jobs the managers at these places are just as unprofessional as you
just dont let the manager initiate all the conversation

You need to come across as confident. Make sure you look the person straight in the eye and do role play before an interview, even if it is in front of a mirror. After the interview, send a thank you note and continue to call or stop by numerous times at the place you interviewed. They will get sick of you bugging them and eventually hire you. Make sure you tell them that you are open to any salary when you are just starting out.

Tell me a time when...what??? Not sure what you are trying to answer and that is part of your communication problem. I don't even know what you are saying, but I can tell you that employers like confident people who can look them in the eye and give them sincere, complete and 'educated' answers. Don't fidget with your hands, be sure and look them in the eye and smile. Be yourself and at the end, if you have the guts, close the deal...meaning say something like..."Thank you for your time and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow at 8:00 sharp"! Not only will you make them laugh, but that should land you the job. If you are not confident to do that, just be sure and be yourself, smile, thank them and always give a nice firm hand shake. Oh, and be dressed to impress. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. Best wishes to You!!!

Best of luck in your job interviews. Any teenager is
going to find it difficult to find the actual job he or
she wants. I would encourage you to be willing
to accept any type of reasonable employment so
that you can gain work experience and can gain
the social skills experience you missed in home
schooling.
Employers are looking for people who desire to
work, who will be dependable, honest and committed.
If you have those qualities, they will offset the "tell me
a time when...". You apparently have little answer
to give them on that question....therefore, you'd best
tell them why they should hire you...what your good
qualities are and how you can help them - not in a
boastful or overbearing way - but work it into your
answers during the interview.
Have confidence in your abilities because they are
apparently there....good luck.
