Write your representatives and tell them to use the fair tax, then you will not be crying about taxes anymore.
Hmm, I'm glad he put money back into our military after clinton raped it from them.
Maybe if people would start saving for their own retirement instead of waiting on that social security check, we would not have to waste tax dollars.
Maybe if people were self sufficient, we would not have to worry about debt on future generations.

The next generation (myself included) will end up paying for them babyboomer's medicare and social security. Maybe you need a lesson in Economics 101 if you don't get tax cuts.
Tax cuts=less money people fork over to the government=more spending money=higher profits=higher economy=more money for the people who will be earning more through paychecks and job openings=more money for the government.
Want another way to lower the debt? Tell congress to stop spending tax dollars on living the high life and rediculous nonsense. Nancy Pelosi's demand for the 757 instead of the G-V means more money out the door per flight. No wonder why they want to raise taxes...

I see that you are totally unaware that tax cuts do not have any direct correlation to the size of the deficit. If you have a problem with deficits and debt, speak to Congress who just can't stop spending more and more of our tax money. That do not have the will to do what is right. The "entitlement" society is going to get what it deserves in the near future. Thank your Congressman for their out-of-control spending.

We are paying for debts from our parents generation,I am sick of 35% of my income going into the politicians pockets just to take more of my personal freedoms away..,ie,we now have the religion police,the smoking police and now the food police.We have the spanking police and look what is biting us in the **** now,kids out of control with no respect for authority and no fear of death.Sure I want 50% of my taxes to go to crooked politicians and more crooks from New Orleans who didnt appreciate a damn thing us taxpayers and private donations did for them,they thanked us by screwing us..,sure give these people more of MY MONEY.

well, the only people who really got their taxes lowered were the mega wealthy. the rest of us may or may not have gotten some pittance of a rebate that was tacked back on somewhere else.
and it's not just the national debt future generations will be paying for. future generations will be paying by having to live on a dying planet, a squalid toxic waste dump that our shortsighted greed driven "leaders" failed to clean up as they were too busy stuffing their stock portfolios with money grabbed from polluting and Earth raping industry.

No, and of course this is twisted to suit your agenda. The thing is, the election was over in November, and you won. Now it is no longer necessary to campaign on the debt. Let's see how creatively the Democrats in Congress will add to it, while axing the Military, put more IOU's into the SS trust fund, and then claiming to have a "surplus."

OK asshole who voted thumbs down on this, a FACT isn't something you can just "decide" you don't "like" and make it go away - - it's a FACT - tax REVENUE has risen dramatically.
This is something you can LOOK UP.
