Well, I can't do your homework for you from here (in India), but can explain what and why? The ray diagram is to be drawn by you.

First take the case of a parallel beam of light falling on a converging lens (that means a double convex lens). The rays converge to a point F, the focal spot. Draw this figure for your own understanding.

Now, reverse the rays from the object side to the image side or rather , place the object on the left side of the lens (as per convention) and draw the parallel beam on the right side. You have the ray diagram.

And what is the answer? If you have followed my instructions correctly, you should have an object on the left side of the lens at F, the lens itself and the beam of parallel rays on the right side. So, now you answer: Is an image formed? Why is clear, isn't it?
