I used to smoke Marlboro Menthol Lights. I quit 1 year & 5 mos ago. But still crave once in a while

Marlboro 100's....normally
BUT...if I feel kind of congested..or have a sore throat...I smoke Newport 100's...just for the menthol....
I know...should just stop smoking all together...actually...I went from a pk a day to 4 a day...so I am doing soooooo good.....YAY ME!..
Been smoking too long to go cold turkey.....
