I love Will Ferrell. He is the best. Some say that he isn't funny but he makes me so happy every time I watch one of his movies. There is something about him. I just watched Stranger than Fiction and thought it was great. He really does have acting ability that is very unique that many people don't htink he has. I love Will Ferrell! Why do you guys like him? And why do people expect more from him when he is just trying to make light comedies a lot of the time. Why do they want him to be something that he's not?

I thought he was hilarious especially in the Elf movie. He totally fit the part! I don't expect anything more from him, I think he's great they way he is in comedies.

I think he is one of the funniest men ever to walk the earth. Everything he has done other than Kickin and Screaming has been a huge success. If thats not enough evidence for people then what is? He does have serial character style of acting, but that who he is, and thats why he's rich, and thats why he's funny. I can't wait to see Blades of Glory. It looks like his normal stupid humor, which is great!

I too think he is awesome.
I can watch his facial expressions all day. His sense of timing along with his boyish humor set him apart from the other comedians.
Lastly, he is not the most physically fit guy and yet he puts himself out there for entertainment's sake. He sure is not vain.

will ferrell is a second rate comic who tries to hard..he is ok for the six or seven year olds but not a mature audience as he is so childish and his 15 minutes of fame are over....but some find his humor ok..thats the biz..everyone has their viewpoint

I agree with you! That guy is a great actor! "Elf", "Taladega Nights, Ricky Bobby" and he does a great imitation of that guy on the Bravo channel, "Inside the actors studio". He doesn't look like a funny guy when you see him in his natural state, but when he's acting, he's great!

He is hilarious - comic genius. I think he'll be the first "comedian" to ever win a best acting oscar one day. He's that good.

I agree with you...people I know also don't think he is good...but I think he is absolutely HILARIOUS...I love all his movies and I even watch Saturday Night Live occasionally...
