I am in a relationship with a man since 4 yrs, we both are indians, he is living in another country, we met through online, then we saw eachother in real life. now his parents are thinking of marriage, he is coming to his native place.. he asked me not to say our relation to my dad now, after seeing, and dating with me again u may say to ur dad after some months... because if he didnt agree for our marriage i wont be able to see u again including for sex.. i feel so guilty i want to say this to my dad, he brought me till these yearrs, so i should tell him about this relationship before another dating and other stuffs... My bf told me he is not ready to marry me if my parents didnt give 2 million as dowry... but he wants to see me this time again and want to hangout and share bed again.. he doesnt mind even dad didnt agree for marriage cos he will marry another... isnt my decission is good to tell this relation to dad before dating him again.

Indians don't believe ins ex bef marriage do they??? Well not the ones I know. If you have had sexual relations with this man your dad will let you marry him but nobody is going to give a dowry of millions actually shouldn't he give your dad an apology for they way he has treated you with disrespect.... But I am not an Indian.... So in my country we would call this man a liar and extortionist. 2 million dollars that's ridiculous.

i'm from the US and i know that the way things are for women, in marriage and such, is very different her from the way things are done in India. this guy wants all the control on your relationship. he doesn't want you to tell your father, wants to sleep with you and hang out with you, and wants you to pay a huge sum of money to marry you. honey, were i come from, if a man wants to marry you, they ask your father and you don't pay a price. i think you can do better than this guy.

NOOOOO, when he mentions money for a dowery, you better run.. dont get pregnant, dont have sex, run from him, he already told you not to tell your Dad, because he is not ready for marriage.. he only wants you in bed for sex...you need to drop this guy in the indian ocean... please dont go to this guy again no matter what he said, he just wants sex and money.

Sounds like he is using you for sex... "sharing your bed" and wanting a dowry.. break it off with the loser. And yes talk to your dad.
