Yes,, you will have to change it manually ,, then change it again when it would have for the natural spring ahead! That's for all windows under vista! I see some don't understand your question! Yes day light savings time has been moved forward this year,, So this will effect your computer ! Not a hard fix double click the time bottom right of screen and adjust!

It won't harm it, it is said it might cause some minor problems with large networks...but I'm pretty sure they came out with a patch for it...if not you can manually do it by double clicking the clock in the tray, then changing the time, you'll have to do it again when daylight savings time would have been normally. The most harm it will do is loosing that hour of sleep, darn.

I don't think home-users have anything to worry about. We can adjust the clock manually. It is businesses that will have problems if they have not taken this into account in their transactions. Check out the following:
Extended Daylight Savings Time
Microsoft Corp. has sought to minimize any time-change difficulties by issuing updates to the most current version of its Windows XP operating system, and it already has built the time change into Vista. But users of older operating systems, such as Windows 2000, might have to figure things out for themselves.

No, it will not harm your computer. You just will have to make the adjustments manually. Double click on your time, in the lower right, and you will be able to adjust that manually.

Djskooby ... There are potential problems, but if you've installed all the latest patches from Microsoft, you shouldn't have a problem. They released a patch for that problem before, but I don't recall exactly when. Just make sure you've accepted all the patches and you'll be fine.
