Where can I get a job? I'll be turning 16 next month so i think i should start considering places. Where do you think is a good place for a teenager to work? I'm not expecting to make a lot of money but still enough so I won't have to ask my parents for everything. oh and i live in Irving, tx btw. =]

There are all kinds of jobs for teenagers. You could work at a convenience store but my favorite place that I never worked at was the mall. I wish I could have worked there but I made big bucks bagging groceries. [At least $30.00 every two hours/about $160 a week working only three days!]

Well I got my first job at 16 but my parents would only let me work summers. I worked at a seasonal theme park for one year, then I worked as a life guard till college. I loved being a life guard. It was soo much fun. Goodluck

Waitressing pays well if you can take the pressure. Try finding something that you like doing: If you're interested in clothes, see if you can get something in fashion retail; if your prefer being outdoors, perhaps lifeguarding, etc.
