I had a baby four months ago and my body is finally getting back to normal. BUT, my stretch marks itch so bad sometimes. I have tried Palmer's Cocoa Butter Lotion. What should I do now?

The stretch marks are going to itch because the skin is healing. The best thing is to keep hydrated, keep with the lotion (you might want to try something with oatmeal), and be gentle with your skin. The itching should go away soon. If it doesn't, see your doctor.

I second the oatmeal suggestions. Aveeno makes that powdered "colloidal" oatmeal to add to the bathwater, and also these days they have a wonderful like of lotions & creams. One is for eczema, which itches somethin' fierce (ask my daughter); it is very soothing on the itchies.

My friend is doing her residency in plastic surgery and she recommends MEDERMA to get rid of scars like stretch marks. Hopefully, once they heal they won't itch as much.
