i've only read the first 3 books but no i don't think they are lesbians. there was the time they mentioned that blair kissed serena while drunk, but i don't think that counts. maybe kati and isabel but they are more likely just completely codependant and not gay.

They aren't, once u read the books u can totally tell, they talk about guys constantly and are always fighting over the hottest ones. Whether that's because they're covering up their true feelings...highly doubt it.
