Heck yeah oral sex is cheating. Cyber sex is even cheating. Why would a guy want to have oral sex with a woman they don't care about. You just don't do that with just anybody. So if you are having oral sex with this woman you have some kind of feelings for her. Therefore you are cheating emotionally and physically.
