i always knew my family was messed up but damn am i in trouble?

to be straight up im 15 we moved in with my moms bf 2 months ago and he decides to punch me in the face and slap me drinking out of the milk container??? iv never been treated like this before. but it gets better... shes gona marry him. he has slapped me before just as "punishment" and he says it "hurts him more than it hurts me" but i dont see him screeming. my mom says i got it coming im thinking dont touch me ever but theres nothing i can really do about it. if they get married will he do something like this again. im not liking this guy and i really want him gone. how do i get him gone iv tryed everything.

For a start just because your mother is sleeping with the guy gives him NO right to abuse you although must you act like an animal and drink out of the same container every one uses that's grose?

Call the cops or DOCS next time he does it and try to act like a civilised human being and he wont have to teach you some manners it will only get worse once you mum marries him If you have a dad maybe contact him. Try to behave yourself and it will cause less conflict but seriously may be you need another place to live if this behaviour keeps up I have to admit though if you drank out of my milk carton I would want to crack you one as well I'm sure you have been taught better. The problem is you kids today are too spoiled and I know my kids never wanted to see me happy with a man so here I sit all alone the grew up and racked off and now I'm by myself they still chase male friends away their selfish and perhaps you need to have a good look at yourself is this what your trying to do? Tell him your joining the marines and you wil be back and tell him he can slap you around then when you are a little older. However you have a ligitimite ***** he has no right to hit you even a father dosen't tell him if he does it again you will repot him to the police, But be sure your not a jerk and don't deserve it. iff your being a but wipe then you gotta expext some of it. however if not the report him for abusive behavier you are underage and he hasno right to hit you in the face, a but woopin maybe but a slap in the face is eoungh to cause a kd to figure a way to do the guy in. OK here you go. I never think it is OK to hit any one even if I think that (they might have it coming) no one deserves to be abused. I think that you ought to go to the proper authorities and well turn them in. NO never run away unless it turns to a dangerous mode, it will appear that your in the wrong. YES run to school tell a teacher or a health care worker of some sorts. a police officer etc. tell someone. If he is slapping you over a SMALL infraction what will he do over a bigger situation like a bad report card. Your mom seems to be putting her feelings above yours. OK now be honest. are you tying to get your mom to never be married or happy? This is a common thing for young people there afraid of change. If this is the case be honest with yourself and give him a try. If he is a JERK as you have said TURN him in. Like I said NO one ever deserves to be hit. I sure hope it works out for you and please know it sounds like your a great young person. know that you deserve better.

First thing is you have to tell someone about this abuse. Talk to a teacher you trust or your school counselor or nurse. They are trained to get you the help you need. If nothing else, contact the police, but only after you talk to a teacher or something.

Please don't start to believe that you "deserve it" because that is just absolutly not true. You mother obviously has self-esteem issues and she should watch out because this guy could start to hurt her next. He is dangerous! Please, no matter how angry he makes you, do not start a fight! Just back down and let the authorities handle it. YOU COULD GET SERIOUSLY HURT!!!

You should try to talk to your mother about how you feel, but don't be hurt if she doesn't listen. She is probably being emotionally controlled by this guy and will not realize what a danger this is.

Your mom's BF should not be hitting you. Your mom is COMPLETELY out of line for allowing him to do so. Where is your father? Can you go live with him? Your mom is too blind to see what is truly going on and there is no way you are going to be able to make the guy leave. You can tell your school counselor. They will have to report it and you could be removed from your home. I think your best bet would to move with your dad, grandparents, or other family members. Tell someone in your family what is going on.

Maybe your mom blames you, for what happened between her and your dad. And she doesn't see you as her son. but as a problem,btwn you and her bf.
But yes you should report it, its called abuse, the man has no reason to slap you or anything. If your mom is not willing to stop him, then you best do something and do it quick.
By reporting it, he will be put in a case file, and if the C.D.F.S. gets complaints, about him again, they can check their records.
Or maybe your mom wants you to feel her pain, but doesn't know how to show it. Because of what you father might have done,to her.

Place a woman's name and phone number on a piece of paper (get a girl to do it who has nice handwriting) and place it in one of his back pockets on a pair his dirty pants in the laundry. When your mom does the laundry (if she in fact does it), she will likely check the pockets and wala! Along with it or instead of it just place an unopened condom in his pocket for your mother to find. That should get things going and you can keep it going until mission accomplished. If all else fails, call the police next time he hits you. Your mom might get mad at you but she'll get over it.

You need to report him to the police and social services NOW before your mom marries him! If you wait until things get worse and she marries him, things are going to be much much much more complicated.

damn call the cops!! it will be hell if that guy is around you,if you are 15, he might harm you in worse ways..please call the cops! it might save your mother too, because he could start beating her too..i know you dont want that kind of life.
