well i've ate chocolate before bed, but not the sexual dreams, maybe its just a coincidence, or ur turned on by chocolate, now we have something in common lol :)

It's not the chocolate, It's the sugar in it. So anything that has sugar in it can produce this effect.
Sugar stimulates the brain to release endorphin, a hormone that is naturally produced when you are in love or you feel a great pleasure. Also endrophin is a natural painkiller, it reduces the sensation of pain.

Yes! Sometimes I eat chocolate before going to sleep =), but I'm not sure if it gives me nightmares though =/ which I noticed I do have a lot lately lol...
